Handcrafted, small woven seagrass basket, made by artisanal craftspeople of Vietnam. A practical, functional and sturdy basket to use for storage or as decoration. Using a range of indigenous traditional basket-making techniques, Local communities of makers skilfully weave the materials to create each plaited basket design, finishing each with a pair of handles. The handmade process means each basket is unique and may differ slightly from piece to piece, we feel these different characteristics remind us of the humble and charming process each basket goes through.

We’re passionate about supporting creativity, craft and entrepreneurship, for this collection we’ve worked with skilled craftspeople from around the world to bring you the very best in artisanal homeware. Our Nova basket has been handmade using traditional basket weaving tools and techniques that showcase the skills of the local Vietnamese craftspeople.
