Returns.
In the event that a product you have purchased online is not suitable, we would be pleased to offer a refund for the unwanted item within 30 days of receipt*.
*Please note Made to Order furniture and Art cannot be returned under any circumstances. Lamp shades cannot be refunded if the packaging wrapper has been removed. These goods will be clearly marked. All other items must be returned in a saleable condition.
Please be aware that we must receive returns within 30 days of delivery. We are unable to refund the delivery charges unless the goods you receive are damaged or faulty, or not what you originally ordered.
How to return:
1.To make a return, use the slip and label provided and fill out the relevant details, if for some reason you do not have a returns slip in your parcel, please request a new one by emailing us at mail@cohenandco.co.uk
Please note: All items and goods need to be returned at your own cost, fully intact, in the same condition as per goods received, and in the original packaging.
2. Please email us at mail@cohenandco.co.uk for returns address.
3. Upon receiving your return, we will process the refund to the original method of payment. Returns take up to 14 days once received at our warehouse.
Cohen and Co is not responsible for your return, therefore we suggest returning your items through a trackable service or taking out postal insurance with your provider. Always keep a copy of the proof of despatch, as Cohen & Co interiors cannot be held accountable for lost or damaged items during transit.
If postage is outside the UK you may be liable for export fees and extra paperwork associated for returning items.
