  • Your delivery time depends on the shipping option you have selected. Please see our Delivery Options and Shipping Costs page for more information.

    • In the event that a product you have purchased online is not suitable, we would be pleased to offer a refund for the unwanted returned item within 30 days of receipt*.

    *Please note Made to Order furniture cannot be returned and all other items must be returned in a saleable condition.

    • To make a return, kindly email us at Please email us at mail@cohenandco.co.uk for returns address. Please include your order confirmation invoice with your returned items. Upon receiving the return, we will process the refund to the original method of payment.

    • Please be aware that we must receive returns within 30 days of delivery. Please note that we are unable to refund the delivery charges unless the goods you receive are damaged or faulty, or not what you originally ordered.

  • We will send you an email confirmation to let you know that the returned item has been received and your return is now being processed.

  • Upon receiving your return, we will process the refund to the original method of payment. Returns take up to 14 days once received at our warehouse.

    • If you have pre-ordered one of our pieces, you can discover the expected delivery date on the product page. All pre-ordered items are charged at the point of checkout and we endeavour to be as accurate with our delivery times as possible. Sometimes this can vary, if there is a change, we will let you know as soon as possible.

    • If you have ordered multiple items with a pre-order, we will send your in-stock items out once the order is confirmed and send your pre-order items out in the timeframe advised on the product page.

    • If you’ve pre-ordered an item and changed your mind, that's okay, simply get in touch at mail@cohenandco.co.uk, in the body of the email please include your order number and specify you would like a refund. We will then issue a refund which will take up to 10 days depending on your payment provider.

    • Once your pre-order is shipped you will receive an email to notify you.

    • If you have ordered a made-to-order piece of furniture or art, you can discover the expected delivery date on the product page. All made-to-order items are charged at the point of checkout and we endeavour to be as accurate with our delivery times as possible. Sometimes this can vary, if there is a change, we will let you know as soon as possible.

  • Being as sustainable as possible is very important to us. Therefore, we will be recycling a lot of our packaging and your goods may not always be sent out in a brand new box. Not to worry, we will always ensure your items arrive safely and securely and your parcel box is fit for purpose.

  • All of our handmade items have been crafted by skilled artisans. If a product has been handmade, we will specify this on the product page and make it clear that it may differ very slightly from the photograph on the website due to the hand finished nature. Please get in touch at mail@cohenandco.co.uk if you require clarification on a certain item.

  • If your purchase is a gift, we are pleased to prepare your online orders with the inclusion of a complimentary gift message. Simply select the gift option at the checkout and write your message. Please be assured the invoice will not be included in your parcel and all prices will be removed.
