The Cohen & Co Christmas Market will have gifts for everyone on your list from a handpicked selection of local makers to bring you the very best in contemporary design rooted in tradition. Enjoy warming and festive treats, a sparkling Giant’s Basalt Rock Gin and much more whilst you shop or listen to one of our inspirational interior, lifestyle and fashion talks.

What to Expect
Day 1: A Candlelight Christmas Market
Friday 25 November, 17:30 - 21:00. Ticketed, Limited Availability.
Step inside this candlelight winter wonderland and you’ll be welcomed with a luxury gift bag, inside you’ll discover some very special pieces, all handpicked by Cohen & Co and by our local partnering makers, look further and you’ll see some extra special discounts from these brands. Spend the evening browsing the market before anyone else, listen to one of our inspirational talks and enjoy a complimentary, handcrafted Giant’s Basalt Rock Gin cocktail or mocktail from our bespoke, handpicked menu.
Talks Schedule:18:00 & 19.30: Join Helen, Founder of Cohen & Co and discover how Helen styles her tablescapes for every Christmas occasion, from a Christmas eve celebration to a Christmas day family dinner.
19:00 & 20:00: Join Samara, Image & Styling Consultant as she shares her style advice on how to best dress for the festive season, everything you see will be shoppable from three local fashion boutiques: Charlotte & Tess, Rebecca Jane and Alana.
19:30 & 20:15: Join Suzie Lee, Author and TV presenter and winner of the BBC’s Best Home Cook competition and Nathan Anthony, Tiktok & Instagram star and Author of ‘Bored of Lunch: Slowcooker’ share some of their most inspirational (and delicious) Christmas recipes. They will be joined by some of our talented local food & drink business owners to offer their top tips for what they think makes a successful Christmas feast.
The Clay Project, a ceramic workshop that explores the wonderful world of clay will be hosting a ceramic tree decoration workshop over the two days, if you wish to attend, this is a separate ticket cost of £10.
Even more good news, throughout the evening you’ll be able to discover more local stall based demos and sample some of their delicious treats.

Day 2: A Curated Christmas Market
Saturday 26 November, 10.00 - 16.00. Ticketed, Early Access Available.
Immerse yourself in the most enchanting time of year and join us on Saturday for our curated Christmas Market, showcasing over 75 handpicked, local, artisanal businesses. From ultimate gifts to stocking fillers, our selection is brimming with smile-inducing presents for the whole family. Feast your eyes upon our textiles, including throws, cushions and festive accessories – or even our locally produced handmade furniture for the interior design and homeware enthusiasts. Meanwhile, discover stalls from local makers, a curation of homeware, art, skincare, jewellery and more for the important man or woman in your life. Enjoy local entertainment, a festive food village, Giant’s Basalt Rock Gin cocktails and warming drinks for good measure. It promises to be the perfect event to meet with friends or family on the lead up to the big day.

Finding Us
The Carriage Rooms Montalto Estate, Spa Road Ballynahinch Co Down BT24 8PT.
Please arrive via the Spa Road entrance. Free parking is available and parking attendants will direct you on the day. If possible, please car share to help with congestion on the day.
